Raising a Ticket in LEO

The purpose of this document is to instruct users how to raise a ticket in the Support Center

Accessing the Support Center

 From the Leo homepage, click on the Support Center tab

 

Opening The Ticket Window



Click "Submit A Ticket"

 

Filling Out and Submitting a Ticket

 

 1. Enter the Subject for your request

2. Select which Makosi Channel the request should be directed to

3. Enter the details of your request

4. Add any relevant attachments

5. Submit or Cancel request
